Purshotam Company Private Limited provides expert marking solutions and equipment to clients all over the world. We offer a variety of product marking, traceability, autoloader and automation solutions. Today we discuss about our Laser Marking Machines.
Our Laser Marking Machines help manufacturers to automate their marking operations and provide them a significantly higher degree of control. Our machines use a high frequency beam which originates from a laser source. This beam is then enhanced, amplified and directed towards the marking area with the help of a series of rotating mirrors.
When the laser beam strikes the surface to be marked, we witness a combination of 3 distinct processes namely.
- Engraving, where a groove is created in the first few layers of the material to be marked.
- Annealing, in this process the colour contrast on the surface to be marked is enhanced.
- Foaming, here the coating of the target material is modified.
Now let us give you a glimpse into our inventory of laser marking machines.
I 103 L – G Laser Marking Machine
The I 103 laser marking machine is designed to provide superior quality marking at high speed. It is constructed in a way which improves traceability and identification processes with very low operating and maintenance costs. Here the laser head is controlled through a Fiber Unit Controller or with a PLC interface and is capable of marking on steel, titanium alloys and most plastics.
- Seamless integration
- Small marking head
- User-friendly interface
- Extended component life expectancy
L-Box Laser Marking Machine
This laser marking system was designed with dynamic industrial environments in mind. It is equipped with a powerful, pulsed wave ytterbium-doped fiber laser which is easy to use, even for users with minimal training in laser technology. It emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.
- Superior performance
- High-quality marking
- Integrated safety loop (class 1(EN 60825-1))
XL-Box Laser Marking Machine
This is designed after the popular L-Box laser marking machine with larger internal dimensions 550 mm x 550 mm (21.65” x 21.65”). It is made of solid steel and is equipped with a pneumatically powered secure door that automatically locks when the marking starts and opens when the marking is stopped. Like the L-Box laser marking machine, it also emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.
- Deep and fast marking
- User friendly
- Smart motorized Z-axis
- Automatic door
- Intuitive software
