A high precision automated marking station with high accuracy to mark model number and serial number as a 2D data matrix on gear at specified location with high accuracy. After marking the 2D data matrix barcode, the grade of barcode needs to be verified with A or B Grade only.
How it works?
Step 1 – Operator will enter details into the customized software by entering the password manually.
Step 2 – Operator will then place the component on the fixture and scan the barcode.
Step 3 – Next, the operator will press the cycle start button and the marking machine will start marking.
Step 4 – After completion of marking, the pneumatic operator door will open. The operator will then unload the component from the fixture. You can see the QR code and human readable marking is done on the component.
