This is a laser marking system for engine data plate marking. It is specially developed for laser marking on the data plates and data stickers. An Engine Data Plate marking machine with automated data selection and plates/ 3M tape feeding system to mark Model Number, Engine Serial Number, Environments Norms and many more data fields for 100-120 types of shop order. After marking the name plate data needs to be verified and recorded for tracking purpose.
How it works?
Step 1 – The operator will press the cycle start button.
Step 2 – Fixture will move to the marking location.
Step 3 – Marking data will appear on the computer screen according to the engine model.
Step 4 – Data plates will be loaded on the fixture automatically.
Step 5 – Marking machine will start marking.
Step 6 – This system consists of PC- based laser marking controller with auto feeding for the data plate and the sticker. This mechanism is controlled by programmable logical control.
Step 7 – Fume extractors are also installed in the system for the extraction of fumes which are generated at the time of marking.
Step 8 – After completion of marking, fixture plate will travel to the home position and operator will unload the name plates manually.
