We made a single machine with two separate pressing tools and a simple automatic changeover mechanism.
The Advantages
- Previously the client was using 2 separate machines for 3 models, in our machine all three models are accommodated in a single machine.
- One existing machine is removed from the line. Manpower and electrical power cost is reduced.
- In the existing machine servo motor mechanism was used, in our machine we used normal induction motor mechanism so cost is reduced along with the maintenance.
The client was extremely happy with our customized solution. We were able to address all their concerns related to space, manpower, and tool changeover. We were successful in improving the floor productivity and resource optimization of our client.
