Purshotam Company Private Limited was founded in 1946. When we started our journey, India was on the cusp of change. We have witnessed our nation grow into the economic giant it is today, and we believe that we have contributed in our own way in its journey.

We have grown together and today we are the sole distributor of the world-renowned SIC metal marking machines in India. We also develop, design and manufacture Auto-loaders and Gantries.

For over 7 decades, we have been able to attract new customers and retain our existing ones because we care about them. We firmly believe that all the expertise and insights that we have acquired over the years are secondary to our commitment towards our customers.

Why is Customer Service Important to Us?

Today, companies have marketing embedded into their core business strategy but 1946, there wasn’t too much emphasis on marketing. The only way one could attract new clients was by doing a good job and relying on favourable word-of-mouth advertising.

We have always concentrated on making our customers our priority and it has worked out well for us. The current popularity of the words “customer-oriented” and “customer-centric” is a testament to our long-standing faith in customer satisfaction being the cornerstone of a successful business.

How to Treat Customers?

First of all, we do not even like to address our customers as “customers”, as it feel distant. They are our patrons, our partners, our motivation to do better, our inspiration to challenge ourselves and exceed our limitations.

So yes, we firmly believe that the people with whom we do business with are not mere “customers”. Our relationship with them is not just transactional, not simply give and take, it is more evolved.

We lay great emphasis on building deep and strong relationships with our customers and help them achieve their goals. This has helped us stay at the top of our game for over 70 years!
