500 x 450 mm marking window
It all started when we got a call from a leading manufacturing company, who specialized in making wheel rims. They needed to mark on the top and bottom parts of their rims.
You might be thinking that this requirement seems normal. It is not difficult. Well, the challenge here was that the client wanted a marking window of 500 x 450 mm!
No conventional solutions available
Our client told us that there was no company in India which is able to give them a solution which has a marking window of 500 x 450 mm. We knew that developing a marking solution to meet their need will be challenging, but at Purshotam, we treat every challenge as an opportunity to improve ourselves and serve our clients better.
Developing a custom solution
Our engineers conducted a site visit, and carefully listened to the client and understood their requirement. After spending some time brainstorming, we came up with a solution.
Without wasting any time, we quickly started designing and developing the metal marking solution, and within a few days we had the solution ready.
The test run was successful, and soon our metal marking solution became a part of their production line.
