Laser Marking to Keep Customers Satisfied

Customer satisfaction is on the top of the priority list of every business. This is what predominantly decides the success of a company or a product or service. If the customers are satisfied, you thrive in the competitive marketplace; otherwise you don’t stand a chance.

At Purshotam Company Private Limited, we provide world-class metal marking solutions to our clients. Our goal is to ensure that our clients never get bogged down by their marking needs. We bring the latest marking technology to our clients to keep them ahead of the competition.

Laser marking is termed as the future of marking, but what is laser marking?

Laser is a high energy beam of monochromatic light, which can penetrate even metal. For metal marking, a high frequency beam is generated from a laser source and is then amplified in a fibre optic cable, and focused using a series of rotating mirrors. A lens then concentrates this beam into 30 micro meter size.

When this laser beam hits a metal surface, three distinct reactions take place –engraving, annealing, and foaming. While engraving creates a groove, annealing changes material colour at the groove. Foaming alters the coating at the surface. A fibre laser has proved to be a reliable and low maintenance option for marking.

We were quick to assimilate laser marking into our arsenal. Today we give you glimpse into our laser marking machine collection.

I 103 L – G Laser Marking Machine

The I 103 laser marking machine is designed to provide superior quality marking at high speed. It is constructed in a way which improves traceability and identification processes with very low operating and maintenance costs. Here the laser head is controlled through a Fiber Unit Controller or with a PLC interface and is capable of marking on steel, titanium alloys and most plastics.

L-Box Laser Marking Machine

This laser marking system was designed with dynamic industrial environments in mind. It is equipped with a powerful, pulsed wave ytterbium-doped fiber laser which is easy to use, even for users with minimal training in laser technology. It emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.

XL-Box Laser Marking Machine

This is designed after the popular L-Box laser marking machine with larger internal dimensions 550 mm x 550 mm (21.65” x 21.65”). It is made of solid steel and is equipped with a pneumatically powered secure door that automatically locks when the marking starts and opens when the marking is stopped. Like the L-Box laser marking machine, it also emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.
